Ang has over 20 years’ management consultant and HR practitioner experience in both the corporate and NGO sectors across Asia Pacific (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China). She has provided executive coaching, change management consulting, cross-cultural coaching and leadership development training for multi-national companies such as iRobot, Cargill, AirBnB, Swire Beverage, SCMC-Coca Cola and Twinings Tea.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCCTM), Ang has extensive experience in team coaching, career transition and outplacement coaching. She works with senior executives to develop their personal and team leadership capabilities; leaders to successfully transition into senior leadership roles, and teams to be more productive or navigate through challenging organisational transitions.
Ang is also a volunteer board member of Tirzah International, a Christian NGO, which works alongside local partners in Africa, Asia and South America to champion against modern slavery, oppression and poverty of women worldwide.
