Andrew Fung
Corporate and Transition Coach & Trainer

An experienced coach and trainer of coaches, Andrew Fung has set up and run organisatons and operations in Singapore and internationally.  He has worked extensively with government, business and union leaders. 

Accredited with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, Andrew is also certified by the Singapore Management University, ProgressU, Marshall Goldsmith, Work-Life Asia as a coach as well as an instructor for  career coaches.

Andrew has held management level positions in organisations such as the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Manpower where he was also seconded to work with the private sector.  His areas of experience include organizational change, diversity, general management, research, stakeholder management, marketing, recruitment, relocation and management of talent.

He set up and ran Singapore’s system for addressing employment related discrimination.  He also developed new national initiatives to assist professionals, managers and executives in their career transitions – work which ignited his passion for helping individuals better reach their objectives in the face of a rapidly evolving economic and employment landscape.

Andrew’s experience in developing and running organisations and helping individuals respond to change enables him to relate to the issues and challenges faced by his clients.   

Andrew facilitated pre-marriage preparation programmes, was a founding Trustee and administrator for the LSE Singapore charitable Trust and is a member of the ethics panel for public hospitals’ clinical investigations. He has taken part in several triathlons over the last 10 years.
