Lim-Loges & Masters (LLM), specialist Talent Management, Transition Management and Disruption Management expert, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Sandra Tai as its new Client Partner for South East Asia, as of immediate effect.
Tai will work across LLM’s three key services (Disruption Management, Talent Management and Transition Management) to create bespoke HR strategies for clients. Applying her extensive recruitment skills, she will also lead the foods vertical and consumer practice within Executive Search, identifying talent and managing the complete recruitment cycle for senior positions across Asia. Not only proficient in the effective placement of candidates, she is adept at helping companies streamline their recruitment processes, procedures and policies to create a more efficient hiring cycle.

Bringing over 14 years’ extensive experience in talent acquisition in both consultancy and in-house roles across Asia Pacific, including Malaysia, Singapore. Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and Korea. Tai has been instrumental in recruitment for senior leadership positions, across several key industries from food production to chemical engineering, having worked in key HR roles for leading organisations including Mondelez International, Courts Asia, Honeywell International and Deloitte Consulting.
In her previous role as Talent Acquisition Lead (MYSG) at Mondelez International, Tai was instrumental in the winning of two consecutive awards for Graduates Choice Award (Malaysia) and Best Company to Work for (Singapore) – resulting in candidate applications tripling over two years. She is also fluent in English, Bahasa, Malaysian and Cantonese.
