Gerard Milligan has been leading business transformations and scaling organisations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for over 20 years. He is a highly experienced APAC leader with considerable expertise in growth and restructuring, and in maximising shareholder value.

Gerard’s experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for a multi-industry, privately owned group of companies, where he oversaw program implementation, executed projects, and enhanced productivity. He led teams in the bunker, base oil, and lubricants trading sectors, as well as in the fintech and telecom divisions, which resulted in revenue of over $0.5 billion in 2021.

He was also the Country Manager and Board Member of a global resources company, where he drove over 80% growth in Singapore in 4 years. Furthermore, Gerard was the President Director (CEO) of an ASX-listed HR solutions company in Indonesia, where he oversaw a significant business restructuring involving 1,400 consultants across Jakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar.

Before these roles, he had held senior leadership positions at two of the largest HR solutions companies in the world. He is a co-founder of MKM-Partnership in London and is currently an advisor to Analytics Labs, an AI consultancy.

Gerard is based in Singapore and Abu Dhabi and is scaling businesses, building high-performing teams across diverse industries, and delivering significant business results in the APAC region.
