Captain Sunita Devrani is the founder of a boutique executive search consulting firm. She also heads Leadership Sourcing for Godrej Industries on retainer. She was a Client Partner based in Korn Ferry International’s Mumbai office and a member of the Firm’s Global Consumer Market. She spent 8 years with Korn Ferry International.

Capt. Devrani has conducted senior level searches for managing directors, country heads and functional heads, among others, for MNCs as well as top Indian companies in the consumer, media and entertainment and retail sectors across the country. Ms. Devrani’s career encompasses the defence, hospitality, recruitment and online/Internet arenas. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, she was in the sales and marketing industry at ITSpace.com, a Microland Group company at their head office in Bangalore

Earlier, she was the Bangalore branch head of TMI Network, one of the top five recruitment consultancies in India. Before that, Ms. Devrani was one of the first lady officers in the Indian Army Service Corps and has the privilege of being an ex service woman.

Capt. Devrani holds a post graduate diploma in marketing management from Bangalore University and a diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition from the Institute of Hotel Management, Delhi.

She is a CCA Certified leadership Coach and has handled several coaching assignments with corporate clients. Sunita is an avid sportsperson and had represented Indian Army in a car rally. She lives in Mumbai with her husband and three children. Sunita is a regular marathon runner having run 6 half marathons.
