Yushi possesses rich experience in executive consultation in Mainland China. Yushi is also a guest lecture and MBA interviewer of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Previously, Yushi was a Partner in Korn/Ferry International, the largest global executive search and leadership consulting firm. Driven by a commitment to creating excellence, Yushi was the trusted advisor to both executives and client companies in industrial and consumer sectors.

Before his career in executive search, Yushi was the Lead Partner of Gallup Consulting based in Beijing, covering the Beijing City Center and South Korea markets. During the five years in Gallup Beijing, He advised senior executives on engaging customers and employees, and on creating stronger brands based on market research. Yushi managed a cross-industry client portfolio, including both Chinese and multinational companies. He also developed a senior executive level consulting relationship with one of the largest Asian conglomerates covering food, bio products, and pharmaceuticals.

Before Gallup Beijing, Yushi was the Director of Marketing in Gallup Shanghai.

Yushi started his career by joining China International Forest Travel Service (CIFTS), a boutique firm specializing in nature tourism. In CIFTS, Yushi created one of the first eco-sustainable tourism programs in China.

Mr. Guo earned his MBA from Goizueta Business School in Emory University, MS in Leisure Studies from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and MS in Molecular Ecology and BS in Forestry from Beijing Forestry University.

Yushi is fluent in English and Mandarin.
