Lim-Loges & Masters (LLM), a specialist in Talent Management, Transition Management and Disruption Management, is expanding its team and training expertise by appointing Tania Léger as its new Senior Partner – Intercultural Training & Executive Coach, as of immediate effect.
As part of the Transition Management team, Léger will apply her extensive skills to focus on cultural differences, both at the corporate and individual level, critical in M&A integration. She will provide the necessary cultural understanding and sensitivity required to support the success of the merger or acquisition.
Also, to strengthen LLM’s leadership training and coaching expertise, she will assist the leaders of today lead in a complex, cross-border and multicultural environment and thrive in this era of constant transitional change. Léger’s highly customised group and individual training programs address diversity in corporate culture, communication challenges between employees, managing across cultures or any issue within the company where culture plays a role.

For the past 17 years, Léger has helped a wide range of expatriates from more than 100 global companies adjust to transition in Asia. She fully comprehends the intercultural challenges and issues faced by individuals and organisations. Léger is adept at delivering assignment-related intercultural management training programs to senior-level executives and their families. This extensive experience is supported by her personal understanding of change having lived outside her home country of Switzerland for the past 19 years in Beijing, China; Manila, Philippines; and Singapore.
Before becoming a Trainer, Léger was an Area Manager for LVMH Watches & Jewellery in Switzerland and Singapore. She studied in Switzerland and Germany; and after that worked in various countries in Europe, Latin America and APAC. Léger started her professional career in Europe before relocating to Asia in 2001. She joined a global relocation company in 2003 and worked both as an Intercultural Account Manager overlooking clients in APAC and as a Training Consultant providing Assessment, Cross-Cultural and Repatriation training to executives and their families moving in and out of Asia.
Léger is an ICF certified coach, and she completed her certification as an Integral Coach with New Ventures West. She is a Licensee with Trompenaars Hampden-Turner. As such, she can incorporate Dilemma Reconciliation strategies using THT’s proprietary tools within her own training programs. In Singapore, Léger obtained her Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) from WDA. She is also a certified administrator in MBTI suite instruments.
