Damian brings over 20 years of experience in international human resources management, organisational development & leadership development. His career includes working with large global organisations across the mining, energy, and agribusiness industries in Australia, Singapore, & the UAE.

Having held pivotal HR leadership roles within GE’s Energy & Oil & Gas sectors across Asia, China, and ANZ, Damian is adept at steering cultural shifts and business transformations, managing pre and post-merger activities, and spearheading leadership development and organisational design efforts. Furthermore, his experience extends to significant positions at Syngenta Group in APAC, where he excelled as the Global Manager for Leadership & Talent Development. His responsibilities included formulating and implementing strategies for leadership development, culture cultivation, diversity and inclusion in the region, and guiding organisational transformation and redesign.

Damian’s proficiency as a coach is demonstrated through his extensive experience in performance-based coaching, working both with individuals and teams to enhance leadership effectiveness. His clientele has ranged from senior leaders and emerging leaders to high potentials.

Educationally, Damian has completed the Master Coach Certification with the Behavioral Coaching Institute. He also holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Western Australia, Master of Organisational Psychology, & Master of Business Administration from Curtin University, Australia. Damian is currently completing a Doctorate in Occupational Psychology from the University of London, Birkbeck, UK. He is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
